Overview

We stand behind the quality of every product sold on en.kelitong.com. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Additionally, all products are backed by a 1-year quality guarantee against manufacturing defects. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, perishable goods, intimate/sanitary products, and personalized items (e.g., engraved goods)

Refunds

Approval Process:

Refunds are processed once returned items pass inspection (within 7 business days of receipt)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card issuer (typically 3–10 business days)

Conditions:

  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees and gift-wrapping costs
  • Sale/discounted items are refundable

Exchanges

1-Year Quality Guarantee:

  • Defective products due to manufacturing flaws will be replaced free of charge within 1 year of purchase
  • Exclusions: Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

Process:

  • Order number, product details, and photos/videos demonstrating the defect 
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement upon verification 

Shipping returns

7-Day Returns:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Unreceived returns cannot be processed

1-Year Warranty Returns:

  • Return shipping is free for warranty claims. We will email a prepaid label
